Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center (Director: Lee Moon-rak, hereafter referred to as Gyeongbuk Center) announced on the 10th that it will operate the 'Next G-Star Round' IR to revitalize the regional investment ecosystem and support investment attraction for startups in various fields.

The Gyeongbuk Center conducted an online IR evaluation on the 19th of last month for mobility startups that applied to the 'Next G-Star Round' IR. Three companies were selected: TCMS (Grand Prize), Poscore (Excellence Award), and TMEV NET Co., Ltd. (Encouragement Award). These companies will have the opportunity to advance to the finals of the 'Next G-Star Round' and will receive support, including direct and indirect investment opportunities.

Following the mobility sector, the Gyeongbuk Center will conduct an online IR for startups in the energy and bio sectors on the 17th, and for startups in the fintech, blockchain, and Web 3.0 sectors on October 24th, to select outstanding companies. An offline awards ceremony will also be held on November 15th.

Lee Moon-rak, Director of the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, 'Through the Next G-Star Round, where investment evaluators active in both the Seoul metropolitan area and regional areas participate, the center will proactively discover promising companies and make every effort to attract the necessary investments for them.'
