TMEVnet successfully held an exclusive partnership agreement signing meeting based on strategic cooperation with the global industrial group PRETTL Group on December 22, 2025, at the TMEVnet Bucheon Research Center.

The meeting was attended in person by Chairman Willi Prettl and the Head of PRETTL Asia, during which in-depth discussions were held regarding TMEVnet’s core technologies and future business expansion strategies. This meeting holds significant meaning as the official starting point for the joint commercialization of next-generation thermal management and energy efficiency technologies to be pursued by both companies.

Exclusive Agreement and Direction of Technical Collaboration

Through this exclusive agreement, PRETTL Group will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the global business deployment of TMEVnet’s core technologies, while TMEVnet will take the lead in research and development as well as technology advancement. The two companies agreed to establish a long-term collaboration structure aimed at joint validation, joint production, and joint market entry, moving beyond a simple technology supply relationship.

In particular, this agreement is based on an exclusive cooperation framework covering specific periods and regions, representing PRETTL Group’s official recognition of the differentiation and global competitiveness of TMEVnet’s technology.

Six-Month PoC and Mass Production Roadmap

Following the agreement, the two companies will jointly conduct a six-month Proof of Concept (PoC) period to progressively carry out:

• Verification of technical performance

• Assessment of real-world industrial applicability

• Establishment of production processes and quality standards

Upon successful completion of the PoC, preparations will be made to enable full-scale production starting in July 2026, leveraging PRETTL Group’s global manufacturing and distribution infrastructure to accelerate market entry. This milestone marks a critical turning point in which TMEVnet’s technology advances beyond the R&D phase into practical industrial mass production.
