At IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, Germany, TMEVnet showcased its groundbreaking Phase-Change Liquid Evaporation Cooling Technology, a next-generation thermal management solution designed to eliminate the root causes of heat buildup and efficiency loss in ultra-fast EV charging systems.
Unlike conventional liquid-cooling methods, TMEVnet’s phase-change system harnesses the natural process of liquid evaporation to instantly absorb and release heat, maintaining a self-stabilizing thermal equilibrium throughout the charging cycle. The result is a highly efficient and lightweight Flux5 Cable and CryoCooling Connector, capable of sustaining –40 °C core temperatures while delivering megawatt-level power with minimal thermal resistance and zero performance degradation. During the exhibition, numerous European OEMs and CPOs visited the TMEVnet booth,
expressing strong interest in the technology’s scalability and compatibility with the upcoming Megawatt Charging System (MCS) standard.
Through this global debut, TMEVnet reaffirmed its vision — “Thermal Management for Energy” — and set the stage for collaborative projects, pilot deployments, and certification initiatives across Europe’s fast-evolving EV charging ecosystem.
Lightweight for MW class via optimized cross-section & thermal routing
–40 °C cooling core with instantaneous heat absorption
Higher efficiency from reduced temperature rise & losses
Strong interest from EU OEMs & CPOs with on-site meetings
Next steps: EU certification, pilot deployments, co-development
“Under the vision of Thermal Management for Energy, TMEVnet advances as a standard-setting partner for megawatt charging.”
